Seems like I'm sharing posts with almost no one

Not sure how much longer I'm going to continue posting on here because no one seems to care. I haven't had a comment on a post since...

Incorrect quotes

 Luke: "Yoda spoke of another."

Obi-Wan: "The other he spoke of is your twin sister."

Luke: "But I have no sister."

Obi-Wan: "To protect you both from the emperor, you were hidden from your father when you were born. The emperor knew, as I did, if Anakin were to have any offspring, they would be a threat to him. That is the reason why your sister remains safely anonymous."

Luke "Mon Mothma. Mon Mothma is my sister."

Obi-Wan: "I'm out of here."

Incorrect quotes

Emperor Palpatine: "Now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle station." Presses button. "Fire at will, commander."

Commander: "Um, sir? Mr. Emperor sir?"

Palaptine: Sighing. "What?"

Commander: "I..I don't know who that is. Who's Will?"

Palpatine: "Just shoot something."

Star Wars LGBT

I don't care much for the Sequel Trilogy. That's not surprising, as many Star Wars fans don't (especially if you were a fan prior to Disney buying Star Wars). And I really detest what they did the Legends stories. It drives me insane that they tossed all the stories aside and said they don't count, and then have the gall to reprint them with "Essential" Legends printed on it. If they're so essential, then why did they get treated like garbage?

However, the one thing I do think Disney had done better than before is inclusion. There are more people of color, more women, and more LGBTQ+ characters over the past decade than there were in the previous 35 years combined.

But...they keep making so many of the gay characters Imperials. I'm so torn because on one hand, they're bad guys. On the other hand, they're gay.

For example, stormtrooper TK-421 has been around since 1977. But it was only recently that he was given a backstory and he's gay. He supposedly was having an affair with Grand Moff Tarkin (I guess he's LGBT now too). TK-421 is a stormtrooper and a bad guy. Even though I know he dies in the movie, I kept hoping it would be revealed that he somehow survived.

I'm currently reading From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi. There are numerous stories in this one featuring LGBT characters. It's so lovely. The current story I'm on is about a stormtrooper who gets kidnapped by Ewoks (presumably to be eaten). But now we find out the trooper, Hoyel, is gay, with a boyfriend back home. I haven't finished the story yet, but I'm really hoping Hoyel makes it back to his boyfriend Caya.

You know who one of my favorite characters over the past few years is? Chase Wilsorr. Don't know who that is? He's the guy in The Empire Strikes Back who walks in between Han and Leia on Hoth as they're having their argument. "You could use a good kiss!" Chase got his own story in From a Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back and...he's gay. I always liked the name Chase and now he's gay. I hope he shows up in something else. The Certain Point of View books have had a bunch of LGBT characters, but unfortunately they're mostly one-and-done characters. Most are barely seen characters, like Chase, who was on screen for all about 5 seconds. There's occasionally some that aren't in the movies at all.

Anyway, I do want to at least commend Disney for their inclusion, specifically in LGBTQ+  characters.
